Now I am going to skip the standard Jetpack & Askimet that are givens, and go with ones you may or may not have heard of.
- Better Click To Tweet – This is a new one I found that I have really liked. It makes sharing your post on Twitter really easy. Check out how easy belowTop 10 WordPress Plugins Click To Tweet
- CommentLuv – Have mentioned this one before on Best Comment Plugins, and I would still recommend it.
- Contact Form 7 – I had built some forms for this site like the Tuesday Tutorial request form, and kept getting so much spam from them it was making me get notifications from SiteGround that my database was too big. After asking around this was recommended, and it totally works. Ever since I installed, and started using I no longer get the spam for my forms.
- jQuery Pin It Button For Images – This is a must for making your images pinnable.
- Nelio External Featured Image – This is a must if you store your images externally, and not in the media library on WordPress. I use this cause I store my photos on Flickr.

- Simple Share Buttons Adder – This is how I got share buttons to show on the bottom of my post like you see under my signature at the bottom of this post.

I love Comment Luv too… and I also use Contact Form 7. I have used Add To Any for sharing. Like seeing these posts to help me keep moving forward. It isn’t my area of passion, so I’m always tempted to “set it and forget it.”

Totally understand. I probably spend too much time trying to figure out different things on the site
I need the simple share button thing… Because for some reason my STUMBLE UPON share icon on WordPress disappeared – womp!
I also have been told that CommentLUV attracts a lot of spam, so I got rid of it and I have to say, the person who told me that was so right because now I barely get ANY spam comments!

Reason I started using Simple Share was cause it let you customize your buttons pretty easily.
Good to know on Comment Luv I will keep an eye out.
I use some of these too, but I’ve never heard of Nelio External Featured Image – that could definitely be useful!
I have found it to be great and only one that really works for featured if you are housing your images outside of WordPress
From your list, I have contact form 7, and Yoast SEO.
Page Builder by SiteOrigin looks good. I use Thrive Content Builder, which is excellent and provides cloud templates too. However it’s a paid plugin.
I recommend ‘Hightlight and Share’ plugin by ronalfy. Basically when the reader highlights your text, they can share it via twitter and facebook.
