If you follow my Instagram (which I hope you do) you have probably noticed me posting lots of pictures of my Rustic Cuffs.
What are Rustic Cuffs?
These amazing cuffs that are designed by Jill Donovan, and she started making them back in 2011 after she went on the Oprah Winfrey show. The first showroom was opened in Tulsa, Oklahoma back in 2015.
As a company, they have developed a culture all about giving back and gifting to others, and that’s my favorite thing about them. This is evident in everything they company does: their monthly subscription service, Regifters Club, sends two cuffs each month – one for yourself, and one for you to give to someone else.
They have another fun subscription service called Cuff of the Month. When you sign up, you get a set every month, and it’s a surprise exclusive to Cuff of the Month members.
The cuffs ship the same time every month, and you have to wait to post a pic until a certain date so you don’t blow the surprise for others waiting to get it in the mail too. Jill even numbers some, and if you get one she numbered you also get a gift. It is such a fun little surprise in the mail each month. If you know anyone in Oklahoma I would be surprised if they didn’t know about Rustic Cuff, because it’s has become huge there. My aunt who lived in Oklahoma was the one that turned me onto them.
The reason the company has become so huge is they do a fantastic job with marketing, and social media. They come up with all sort of creative events such as Project Cuffway , and campouts. Project Cuffway is an event that’s a bit like Project Runway, but all the designs have to do with Rustic Cuff. They have campouts at the store where people sleep overnight and play games, usually launching when they’re a new product or having a sale. If you want to find out about their sales and events, join one of the Facebook groups.
Rustic Cuff has become so popular they have been featured on Good Morning America, ABC’s The View, The Wendy Williams Show, E!News, and recently made Oprah’s Favorite Things. To learn more I would highly recommend reading the about the company cause it is such a positive , and great story.
Rustic Cuff Comes to Dallas!
In January Rustic Cuff opened its first store in Dallas off Lovers Lane, and the Dallas North Tollway. To celebrate the opening of the store they had a campout and game night, giving away gift certificates to the first 100 people in line. Since they’ve opened I have already been to the store three times. The setup of the store is just so much fun – there’s candy tables that have bracelets arranged by color, a sales table at front, and super-friendly staff. The staff really embody what the company is about with giving back. My first time in the store one of the girls was nice enough to even gift me a bracelet that I was eyeing.
They had a special night recently to honor policemen and firemen. This of course is very close to my heart with Jeremy being a fireman. They gave away bracelets to any policemen or firemen that showed up that night. When we showed up, Jill was there to thank the policemen and firemen for their service, and she told the crowd not only do you get free bracelets but entire store is 25% off.
Of course that meant I had to buy some bracelets! On the way out I asked Jill to get a pic with her. Jeremy went to take the pic just straight ahead, and she told him to make sure to take the pic angled down so we didn’t have a double chin. Some very important advice lol. It was just so much fun getting to meet her, it really made my night, so of course I had to include the pic.
If you are in the Dallas area you should stop by the store to meet the friendly staff at:
5600 W Lovers Ln,

Wow, you really caught all the reasons I love the company. It’s the people and the gifting movement.
Great blog!!!
That is what I was trying to do, but it was hard not to make the post really long lol. Thank you 🙂
Well done my niece. Rustic Cuff represents so much to the love of gifting. I may be RC broke, but I cant of anything else i would want to spend money on that benefits more than myself. God calls us to love one another, and a great way to show those you know and even more those you dont than to gift people with your time, compassion and a token of giving with a RC beauty.
Jill you have set the mark pretty high in gifting. Thanks so mucb for your generosity and for teaching us what doing for others can really do. God Bless You and your staff.
Thank you 🙂
