Am I the only one finding it crazy that this week is already Christmas? Wasn’t it just Thanksgiving? Swear this time of the year just always flies by. I am going crazy trying to get all kinds of last minute things done for Christmas.
Thought if you are like me, and your Christmas prep includes making food to take for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day I would share some recipes that might help you out.
One of my favorite things to have at Christmas is a slice of Pumpkin Roll for breakfast. This pumpkin roll recipe is from my mom. My mom has made them ever since I can remember. Have been trying for a while to make one, and seemed to always mess it up. Mom always made it look so easy. Excited to say was finally able to make one on my own.
Well it is Monday again 🙁 At least we got to gain an hour this weekend with time change. Hope you had a great weekend. This year is going by so quick. Can’t believe it is already November. That means Thanksgiving and Christmas are nearly here. Not sure about you but this tends to be the time I do my most cooking and baking. Sweet Potato Casserole is pretty much a must to have at your holiday dinner here in Texas, and it has become my go to dish to bring for the holidays.
Found this recipe in a cookbook from my Aunt, and it is always a hit.
